Again, a great team with Chef Bill Gillen’s Queso Burger creation, along with Eric Sutherland of Fosforus.

Last week we did this food shoot with creative director Eric Sutherlund of the Austin-based design firm Fosforus. These guys are real creative pros. Eric is a creative genius, and great to work with. Also, highly acclaimed corporate chef Bill Gillen of Fuddruckers was at the shoot. Bill created these recipe’s for their west coast restaurant, KooKooRoo. We did this shoot in my 3,000 square foot studio in Austin.
